The location is mind-blowing, with all tourist attractions, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance. The owner was super friendly and welcoming. The traditional Dutch house was clean, comfortable, and full of character. The amenities provided, such as a coffee maker and microwave oven, were adequate. a jaw-dropping experience, offering superb value for money and ideal for a short stay.

Hotel overlooked garden and the room was reasonably spacious. Wonderful staff, helped me a lot. Location: the venue was very close to the city center. I had coffee at De Beiaard, located within 5 minutes walk. The vibe here was quiet. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

I had a fantastic stay at Achterom 7 Bed & Breakfast in Hoorn. the traditional Dutch town house was full of character and located in a quiet street, yet close to cafes, bars, and shops. the hosts, Rita and Piet, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and equipped with everything I needed, including a TV and towels. the highlight was the cosy balcony where I could relax in the evening sun. the breakfast at the historic restaurant d Oude Waegh was delicious. Highly recommendable!

Our stay at Achterom 7 was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner who made us feel right at home. The location of the property is ideal, with all the major tourist attractions, restaurants, and nightlife within easy walking distance. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially loved the little kitchenette area outside our door, where we were pleasantly surprised to find a chilled beer, a small bottle of wine, and a carton of milk waiting for us. The spacious bathroom, which we had all to ourselves, was an added bonus. We also enjoyed spending time on the shared balcony, enjoying a drink while watching the sunset. we had a wonderful experience at Achterom 7 and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoorn.

While the breakfast offered at the nearby restaurant was sufficient for us, others might prefer a greater variety of options. Additionally, the pillows in the room were a bit too soft for our liking.
